How to return

Free returns
Returning products to us is easy and free of charge.

Terms of return
You have 14 days to return an order after you receive it. You can either return the entire order or part of it.
Items must be in new, unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories.

Returns request procedure
If you want to return an order, please call Nikon Store Customer Service to place a return request and get an RMA number.

The return-process:
- You will receive a free return-label (via e-mail) which you need to print and attach to your parcel. Be sure to pack the item(s) carefully and use the original box. Please make sure the return label is clearly visible on the package and that the address and bar codes are not covered or amended.
- You hand this parcel to your nearest post office, from where our logistic-partner takes over.
- Our logistic partner will ship the products to our warehouse, where they will be checked against your return request and the return policies outlined in our Terms & Conditions. If the checks are successful, the refund process will be initiated. If the checks are not successful, Nikon Store Customer Service will contact you to verify the issue.
- Returns that do not meet the policies outlined in our return Terms & Conditions (for example, those that are incomplete or miss accessories) will incur a fine, and the amount of money refunded will be adjusted accordingly.

Refund because of return

All returned products are checked to make sure no parts or accessories are missing. If the check is successful, Nikon Store Customer Service will be informed and the refund process will be initiated. Our payment provider will be contacted and the money will be transferred to your account. We strive to refund you as fast as possible from the moment we accept the returned items.

Returns without respecting terms&conditions

If you return goods that do not meet the return policies outlined in our TERMS & CONDITIONS, they will not be accepted and Nikon Store Customer Service will contact you.

Partially cancel an order

If you realise you have made a mistake with an order and want to cancel it, you can do so provided it has not been shipped.

Can I only cancel part of it?
You can cancel an entire order or only part.

Until when can I cancel an order?
Orders or order lines can be cancelled before they are confirmed but not afterwards (i.e. before they enter the packing process and receive the status In packing). If you are too late, you will have to wait to receive your order and then return any items you do not want. Please see the FAQ section on RETURNS for more information.

How can I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel an order, or part of an order, please call Nikon Store Customer Service and they will take care of it for you.

Cancelling payment
If you cancel an order, or part of an order, Nikon Store Customer Service will send a cancel request to our payment provider (Ogone). For full order cancellations, your payment will be cancelled in full and no money will be charged. For partial order cancellations, the amount due to be charged to your credit card will be adjusted after your new order is shipped.

Modify order

Until when can I modify an order?
An order can be changed until its status is confirmed, but not afterwards (i.e. before it enters the packing process and receives the status In packing).

How can I modify an order?
If you want to change an order, please call Nikon Store Customer Service. They can adapt your order in any of the following instances:
If you want to add new items to an order, or increase the quantity of an existing order line item, customer service will create and place a new order for you.
If you want to remove an item from an order or reduce quantities on existing order line items, customer service will change your order and begin a partial refund process.
If you want to modify personal details or change the delivery address, customer service will update the data for you.
If you want to change the delivery or payment mode, and that results in a higher or lower total order cost, customer service will ensure that your credit card is charged accordingly after shipment.

Cancelling an order

Article damaged after return term

If items you have ordered are damaged after the return period is up, please contact our Nikon Support Centre
